Once a subscription has been activated and access to the service has been provided, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by AMAK Solution.

If you are charged more than once for the same transaction due to a payment or technical error, please contact us.
If money is deducted from your bank account, card or UPI account but the subscription is not successfully activated, please contact us with the transaction details.
Customers may request cancellation of a subscription by contacting us.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, cancellation will generally prevent renewal at the end of the current subscription period but will not automatically create a refund for the unused portion of an already-paid subscription.
